Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Appears More Effective Than Sleep Medication For Treating Insomnia
This study provides more good news for people suffering from insomnia (a relatively common problem for people in early recovery). The study supports the findings from a Harvard study that was published last year. Cognitive behavioral therapy appears to be a safe, effective treatment for many people suffering from insomnia.
