Scottish police are starting
a new public education campaign about drugs. It seems to attempt to change cultural attitudes toward drugs by focusing on the social justice implications of drug production. They're trying to define drug trade and drug use as unethical, not just bad. I suppose it could be effective in changing cultural attitudes toward drug use and could reduce casual drug use, but it's unlikely to impact addictive use. [hat tip: Jim]
